A Business Incubator in the Bogoslovsky Industrial Park is Getting Filled With Residents

The Development Corporation of Middle Ural has signed three preliminary contracts for the lease of premises in the business incubator which is currently under construction on the territory of the “Bogoslovsky” industrial park. The Residents will be small businesses from Krasnoturinsk. The construction of the production complex is going in accordance with the schedule - the foundation has been almost completed, work is underway to set up the external engineering networks. The object is planned to be delivered in September 2017.

The industrial business incubator in “Bogoslovsky” is a project of the Development Corporation of Middle Ural aimed at creating conditions for small and medium-size businesses. Small and medium-size enterprises which can be included in the production processes of the large residents of the TOR “Krasnoturinsk”, can be accommodated here, as well as independent small-scale manufactures, for which it is unworthy to build their own factories.

The first companies wishing to rent the business incubator premises were "small" residents of “Bogoslovsky” and “Krasnoturinsky” enterprises - a manufacturer of mineral fertilizers LLC Sorbent-K, an enterprise for the production of inorganic pigments from waste products of alumina production LLC Palitra and the producer of soil conditioners and sorbents LLC "Eco Trade". The companies will occupy the workshops in October 2017.

The area of the first stage of the industrial business incubator will be 1,5 thousand square meters. According to the project, the building consists of four separate sections, including administrative-household and production premises for workshops, warehouses and offices.

The business incubator will be equipped with industrial gates and special equipment - in particular, crane-beams with a carrying capacity of 3,2 tons.

Entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to lease the premises and equipment in the modern complex, to join free of charge all engineering networks, to use the ready infrastructure of the industrial park and privileges of the Advanced Economic Development Territory after obtaining the status of a resident.

Today the construction of the off-site infrastructure of the Park has been completed, all main communications at the site have been set up. In June, a test run of the gas heating boiler house took place. Active work is underway to create an in-site infrastructure: cable trestles are being installed, a gas pipeline, heating networks, and industrial sewerage are being laid. The completion date for the internal infrastructure of the “Bogoslovsky” Park is Q4 2017.
