A Major Manufacturer of Liquid Glass and a Woodworking Enterprise Became Residents of the Tagil Chemical Park

Two new facilities were launched at once in the Tagil Chemical Park in June. Promsteklotsentr-EKB LLC and IP Zlygostev A.A. started operations.

Promsteklotsentr is the largest manufacturer of  potassium and sodium liquid glass, siliceous, and silicate blocks with a wide sales geography in the Urals.

Its sales geography covers the Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk, Kurgan, Perm, Tyumen, Novosibirsk Regions, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Far East, and Central Russia. The company's clients are leading enterprises of the metallurgical and construction sector. Promsteklotsentr has its own industrial and scientific base.

For Promsteklotsentr, the Tagil Chemical Park means an opportunity to be closer to its customers – major enterprises in Nizhny Tagil. Alongside with the production site in Nizhny Tagil, Promsteklotsentr has four shops in Moscow, Sverdlovsk, Tula Regions, and Bashkortostan.

“The Tagil Chemical Park site is a perfect place for our production. It possesses not only all the necessary energy resources, but also opportunities for raw material inventory cooperation with the park developer Uralkhimplast PJSC. Moreover, we may start supplying our products to one of the current residents of the park for production of more complex chemical products in the short term,” said Director of Promsteklotsentr Anton Kukushkin.

The Tagil Chemical Park is not just land and premises for residents, but also access to energy resources, ready-made infrastructure solutions that ensure a quick start for production.

The Development Corporation of Sverdlovsk Region supports the development of the specialized industrial park for chemical productions. The site is included in the Industrial Estate Base of the Development Corporation of Sverdlovsk Region.
