Heavy duty supply system will provide water to the Industrial park with a capacity of 500 cubic meters per hour to ensure all technological needs of the residents are covered. Industrial drainage system has a capacity to collect up to 520 cubic meters per hour of waste waters.
At the same time construction of drinking water supply system with a capacity of 500 cubic meters per hour has also started.
Systems of industrial and drinking water supply as well as drainage are planned to be finished before November 2016.
All the facilities of internal and outward infrastructure of the Park will be fully completed on the second quarter of 2017. Currently the building is under construction for the gas boiler room with a power of 41,2 Gogacalories/Hour, an access road to the Park is also under development. Construction of cable viaducts, electric substations and entrance check point are at the preliminary stage.
Bogoslovsky Industrial Park is located on the area of 86 hectares near Krasnoturyinsk. Town district of Krasnoturyinsk will acquire a status of Advance Social-Economic Development Territory (ADT), currently economic perspectives for this district are associated with the development of Bogoslovsky Industrial Park.
ADT residents are exempt from property and land taxes, income tax for the companies is reduced to 5% (instead of standard 20%), insurance contributions also reduced down to 7,6% (instead of standard 30% across Russia). Industrial Park facilities are most tailored to metal-consuming, building materials and also innovative types of production involving complex recycling of technogenic wastes. The location of the Park will suit well the companies contemplating to work with Northern regions of Russia such as cities of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug.
